Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

2 eggs (separate yolks whites)

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp rose water

1 tbsp tahini

½ cup grape juice

1 cup yogurt

2 tbsp melted butter

Dry Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats

2 tbsp flour

1 tsp cinnamon

A pinch of salt

½ tsp baking soda

Filling Base:

1–2 apples, sliced

Extra grape juice for layering

Butter (to grease pan)

Instructions

1. Separate eggs: Put egg whites and yolks into two separate bowls.

2. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

3. Mix yolks with vanilla, rose water, tahini, and grape juice.

4. Combine oats with salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Add yogurt.

5. Add yolk mixture to oats, then gently fold in whipped egg whites.

6. Add flour butter and stir until smooth.

7. Prepare the pan: Grease with butter, layer apple slices, pour grape juice, then pour in the batter.

8. Bake: Top with more apples if you like. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes.

9. Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
